An Italian roasted red pepper seasoning blend with a parsley and red pepper topping to finish it. Mix into softened cream cheese, roll into a ball, chill until firm, then coat in the topping. Makes one 8 oz cheeseball and roughly ten minutes of actual work.

Serve with crackers, crusty bread or fresh vegetables.
