Midnight Blue is the darkest kernel Amish Country grows - a deep, almost-black blue in the bottle that pops up white and fluffy. No dyes, no preservatives, just an unusual-looking kernel that behaves like a very good ordinary one once it hits the heat.

It is hulless, which means a thinner outer coating and far fewer of those shards that lodge in your teeth. The flavour is a touch sweeter than a standard yellow, and it pops best at a higher temperature. Grown on small family farms in Berne, Indiana.
