Description

Warm, colourful, and proper comfort food. Ed's Hearty Vegetable Soup Mix is built from fresh ingredients by a BC family who takes hearty seriously — no filler, no MSG, no added salt or sugar.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato-vegetable juice, and a leek. Makes 10–12 satisfying servings.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine Soup Mix and 12 cups of water in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 90 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add 1 can (28oz/796mL) diced tomatoes, 1 chopped leek, and 6 cups tomato-vegetable juice.
  • Bring to a boil, lower heat, simmer 20 min until leek is tender.
  • Makes 10–12 servings.

Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $12.

Please note: Orders shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post rates. Free shipping and flat rate shipping do not apply to these locations.

Items marked Oversize include an additional $20 shipping charge.

Your order will ship with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post—whichever gets it to you best. PO Box addresses are always welcome.
