Description

This is the cream of mushroom soup that makes you forget the canned version exists. Ed's Soup Shack: velvety, flavourful, no added salt, sugar, or MSG.

Add mushrooms (more variety = better), cream, and a splash of wine. Blend to your preferred texture. Makes 10 generous servings.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place water and sliced mushrooms in a large pot; bring to a boil, simmer 20 min.
  • Remove 1 cup of mushrooms and set aside.
  • Add Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix. Simmer 20 minutes.
  • Puree with a hand blender or potato masher.
  • Return mushrooms, add cream and optional wine. Warm 2 min. Garnish with parsley. Makes 10 servings.

Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $12.

Items marked Oversize include an additional $20 shipping charge.

Your order will ship with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post—whichever gets it to you best. PO Box addresses are always welcome.
