Somebody crossed a nutcracker with Santa and it works better than it has any right to. Straight-backed, red-coated, standing to attention halfway up the tree.

Hand-sculpted and hand-painted in a small British Columbia studio, so no two come out exactly alike — yours will have its own brushwork and its own expression.
