Bruschetta Ballin' It Up is bright and savoury, the closest thing to summer on a cracker. It is a small-batch cheese ball seasoning, not a ready-made cheese ball — just handcrafted spices, blended in rural Alberta.

Stir the packet through a softened block of cream cheese, shape it, and chill. Roll it in nuts, herbs or bacon bits if you want to dress it up, or leave it plain. Either way it is a grazing board, potluck and last-minute-guests kind of thing, ready in minutes.
