A bear paw on a telescoping handle. It extends out to reach the one spot on your back you can never quite get, then collapses back down to pocket size when you're done with it.

The oversized paw is most of the joke and also, genuinely, why it works better than a standard scratcher — more surface area, fewer passes. A reliable stocking stuffer for anyone who has ever backed into a doorframe on purpose.
