Description
Pasta e Fagioli — Italian for pasta and beans, and means deeply satisfying every time. Ed's version is made with real BC-fresh ingredients, no added salt, sugar, or MSG.
Add ground meat, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and pasta. Let the beans do their thing. Makes 10–12 servings.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring water to a boil. Add Pasta Fagioli Soup Mix (not the noodles).
Lower heat and simmer 90 minutes until beans are tender.
Add sauteed ground meat, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, and pasta. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes until noodles are tender.
Makes 10–12 servings.
