Description
BLT dip, creamy, refreshing with a distinct bacon flavor.
Makes 2 cups. 23 g/0.8 oz
Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
What you Need: - BLT dip mix (included) - 250 ml (1 cup) of sour cream or plain yogurt - 250ml (1 cup) of real mayonnaise - Fresh diced tomato (optional) - Chopped lettuce to garnish (optional)
What to do: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes before serving. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance or overnight. Mix in diced tomato and top with chopped lettuce, if desired.
For a low-fat variation: Substitute sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise with low fat varieties.
