This classic drink has made a strong come back in the cocktail world. It makes for a great pre or post dinner pick me up. Our mix makes it so easy to prepare, just add water, ice and vodka. Shake and serve in a classic Martini glass garnished with a couple of coffee beans.

Makes 4 servings. Net Weight 70g (2.5 oz).

ESPRESSO MARTINI

TO PREPARE THE MIX: In a small pitcher, combine 300 ml (about 1 1/4 cup) of cold water and contents of the Espresso Martini pouch. Stir thoroughly until dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use.

TO MAKE AN ESPRESSO MARTINI: In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, add 75 ml (about 1/3 cup) of the prepared espresso martini mix and 1-2 oz (30-60 ml) of vodka. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
