All items are shipped from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

At this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  If you enter a PO Box number during checkout we will contact you to supply an alternate street address.

Shipping within Canada - STANDARD

FREE Shipping on orders of $99 or more*
     - order's less than $99 will have a flat rate of $12.

* Items marked oversize will have a $20 flat rate charge.

Your order will be shipped with our choice of carrier, the majority of orders will be shipped UPS, FEDEX, or Purolator. Canada Post will only be used if you are in a remote location where our couriers do not travel. Your order will arrive between 1 to 10 days depending where you live.

Your order will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX. Estimated arrival is up to 14 days.  Shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states.

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason please reach out to us via email at info@shoppinetree.com and we'll make it right. 

If your item is flawed we will refund or replace the item and if necessary pay for the return shipping. 

If you want to return an item for reasons unrelated to the quality of the item, we will replace the item or issue a 100% refund but you must pay for the return shipping. 

If you purchased your item from one of our amazing 3rd party retailers you must return that item to the retailer for exchanges or refunds.
